Please note that the boundaries of the Conservation Areas shown are correct at time of adoption of the UDP (13 July 2006). Conservation Areas may be subject to review and alteration and new conservation areas can also be designated at any time under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Act) 1990. The boundaries of two Conservation Areas, South Norwood and the Webb Estate & Upper Woodcote Village were recently appraised and extended.
